Benidorm was already chosen a few years ago to stage the Low Festival, a festival that has an increasing number of fans, and that today, has made it possible that during the days of 27th – 28th and 29th July , Benidorm will be full, with the best atmosphere of the year for youngsters. The best artists and DJs of the national and international scene, services and options for all tastes, activities to have fun throughout the day … And, in addition, its location at Benidorm Sports Center will allow you to enjoy excellent facilities, garden areas and even the pool.
Reggaeton Beach Festival
Another festival that has chosen Benidorm as a town for its next edition is the Reggaeton Beach festival. Both fans of this type of music and those who just want to experience a perfect summer night enjoying music have already booked for the 19th July to attend this event. Do you fancy going?
Concerts in Benidorm
In addition to these two festivals there are many artists who have confirmed dates to give a concert in the town of skyscrapers. Sergio Dalma will be here on the 6th July, Demarco Flamenco will visit us on the 8th July, Pastora Soler on the 22nd July and Niña Pastori on the 5th August, among others. Night of San Juan in Benidorm
As an Alicante town, Benidorm welcomes the summer every year as it deserves: celebrating the magical night of San Juan. The center of the celebration is fire, bonfires are lit, it was traditionally thought to send strength to the sun and delay the arrival of winter. The week before San Juan, the 23rd June, you can enjoy the celebrations, activities and events arranged by the organizers of the 3 ‘Hogueras’ (Bonfire) groups of Benidorm that culminate in the ‘cremá’ (burning) on the night of the 24th. We would recommend that you follow tradition on the night of the 23rd, go to any of the Benidorm beaches, pack a picnic, jump over the fire and at midnight wet your feet!
Local fiestas at the Benidorm Castle
With the aim of enjoying the summer period and raising funds for the ‘patron festivities organization of Benidorm’, the Festival Commission organizes every summer several festivals in El Castillo, the Benidorm Castle balcony area. Tapas, sandwiches and drinks at popular prices, music, activities … all set up and prepared to entertain on Saturday summer evenings in a unique setting: with the Mediterranean Sea and the skyline of Benidorm as a backdrop.
