But, in addition to this, you can also join the religious events and festivities that will be celebrated in the town. It is the day in which family and friends take the opportunity to get together and go out to the countryside or take a walk and eat the traditional Easter cake, a delicious bun made with flour, egg and sugar and baked in the oven, embedded with a hardboiled egg. The cake is usually accompanied by a good cup of hot chocolate and, after eating it, tradition dictates that you have to open the egg by smashing it on someone’s forehead.<\/p>\n What weather is to be expected in Benidorm in April? Temperatures have already begun to rise and the estimated average is 20\u00baC.
